At DTF Transfer Nation, we work hard to deliver high-quality prints and products with every order. This Shipping and Returns Policy explains how we ship your order, what to do if something isn’t right, and our policy on returns and refunds. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
Shipping
We do our best to meet our stated turnaround times (TAT). However, once an order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by third-party carriers whose schedules we cannot control. Any delay caused by a carrier is outside of DTF Transfer Nation’s control, and we are not responsible for carrier-related delays. We encourage you to allow extra time during busy periods and holidays.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on DTF orders of $79.99 and up. DTF supplies are not included in the free shipping offer. Free shipping applies only to qualifying DTF transfer orders, and any supplies in your order may be subject to standard shipping charges.
Print and Product Accuracy (48-Hour Reporting Window)
While our team strives for perfection, we are human, so if something isn’t right we want the chance to fix it. Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered or picked up. If you notice any of the following issues, let us know right away: missing prints, print defects or errors, sticker or UV issues, incorrect quantities, or any other quality concerns.
Customers have 48 hours from the time their order is delivered or picked up to report any issues. If you report a problem within this 48-hour window, we will happily replace the affected items at no cost and work quickly to make it right.
After 48 hours, we are unable to verify the condition of the order at the time it was received. Because of this, any issues reported after the 48-hour window will require a new purchase.
How to Report an Issue
To report a problem with your order, please email us at admin@DTFTransferNation.com and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected prints or items. Providing this information helps us resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
Returns and Refunds
DTF transfers are custom printed to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns on printed items. Only unopened and unused items are eligible for return. If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and provide instructions.
