Print & Product Accuracy Policy (48-Hour Reporting Window)

At DTF Transfer Nation, we work hard to deliver high-quality prints and products with every order. While our team strives for perfection, we’re also human—so if something isn’t right, we truly want the chance to fix it.


What to Check for

Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup. If you notice any of the following issues, let us know right away:

  • Missing prints
  • Print defects or errors
  • Sticker or UV issues
  • Incorrect quantities
  • Any other quality concerns

48-Hour Reporting Window

Customers have 48 hours from the time their order is delivered or picked up to report any issues.

If reported within this timeframe, we will happily replace the affected items at no cost and work quickly to make it right.


Requests After 48 Hours

After 48 hours, we are unable to verify the condition of the order at the time it was received. Because of this, any issues reported after the 48-hour window will require a new purchase.
